Audrey Lys specialised in selfportrait when she was still a student, at the ETPA school (Toulouse, France), at age 17. A few years ago, she decided to leave France. Fond of northern cultures, she flew to Sweden where she stayed a couple of years.
Currently a PhD student in art history at the University Toulouse - Jean Jaurès and specializing in fashion photography, she gets inspired by Vogue and Harper's Bazaar, the magazines she studies. She also works as a research assistant at les Abattoirs, museum – Frac Occitanie Toulouse and teaches 19th century french painters at the university.
